I Lost My Human and I Need You

I was adopted a few years ago and lived in a home with lots of love and I had a few fur brothers. My home had plenty of land to run and chase birds. Mom always took us out into the fields and we would have a blast finding birds.

She was my life and we were her world. This summer everything changed. Instead of one of us going to the Rainbow Bridge, she went before us. My brothers and I have been split up and besides missing Mom, I miss them too.

But, life must go on and I want to find another home to share my built up love and be loved once again. I'm in a wonderful foster home right now and they're lov'n on me big time. It's really helping me make the transition and IBR has been great helping me find my new home. Now, I'm relaxed and just hanging around waiting for you. I can guarantee that I can make you happy and just want a chance to prove it.

MAX the Dogasaurus

His fist day in Foster Care.
Dogasaurus Max has landed at Camp West. He is a GSP, male, about 68 lbs and 20 months old. He kennels easily but will bark if you are in the same room. He loves to play fetch and play with toys. He is fine with our female Hobbit she wants to play and he won't give her any attention. He is going to be microchipped soon. He does counter surf, mostly because he is about eye level to the counter. We have three kids and he plays with them. He is respectful to them when they play fetch. He is submissive to our other dog, who is half his size. He was able to hunt out a mole family in our yard last night. We are going to take him to the dog park today and really get that ball launched to wear him out. He does stay for a bit, occasionally sits and responds way better to a male than female.
